The purpose of the NHS PTSO is to support students, faculty, staff and parents in matters related to enhancing the educational experience at Northern High School by: organizing appreciation activities, providing grants to clubs, establishing a scholarship, sponsoring information forums, facilitating volunteer activities and sponsoring other initiatives as appropriate. |

| NHS Car Magnets |
The PTSO now has Northern Patriots car magnets for sale. The magnets are approximately 5” in size. The cost is $6 for one, $10 for two. You can email the PTSO at nhsptso@gmail.com to place an order or see Ms. Farnese in the main office. Let the whole county know that you’re a proud Northern Patriot! |
PTSO MEETINGS |
PTSO meetings are held in the Main Office Conference Room, starting at 6:30 pm. Parents/Legal Guardians, NHS Teachers/Staff, & Students are welcome to join us! |

Parents, students and staff: Please consider joining the PTSO. Membership is just $5 per person and the entire membership fee is used to fund activities at NHS. PTSO SCHOLARSHIP |
The PTSO will be awarding at least one $500 scholarship to a graduating senior. Qualifying seniors can apply for the scholarship through the Calvert Local Scholarship Application at www.somdcan.org/calvertlsa/. Applicants and one parent must be PTSO members. It’s not too late to join the PTSO – see above for the membership form. If you have any questions about the scholarship, please contact us! |
